All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM PST will be processed the next business day.

1、Standard Shipping (Free): 5-7 business days, available for all contiguous US states.
2、Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days, additional fee applies at checkout.
3、We currently only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
4、We do not ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico.

All prices displayed on our website are in USD and include applicable sales tax for California orders. For orders shipped outside California, customers are responsible for any local taxes or duties as required by their state.

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact our customer support team at support@bytefree.net and we will assist you in tracking your package and resolving any issues.

If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

1、Contact our support team at support@bytefree.net with your order number and reason for return.
2、Our team will review your request and provide a return shipping label and return address within 2 business days.
3、Please do not return your purchase to the address on the original package. We will provide the correct return address via email.

1、For defective or damaged products: We cover all return shipping costs.
2、For change-of-mind returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.

There is no restocking fee for returns within the 30-day window for products in new, unused condition with original packaging intact.

For warranty-related issues outside of the 30-day return window, please contact our support team with your order number and details of the issue. We will guide you through the warranty service process.
